Why Lease?
- It
preserves your existing Bank and Credit lines. It's a fixed rate, not
variable like most lines of credit. The lease will not show up on your
personal credit so it's not "exposed" to other lenders as a debt,
keeping your borrowing power in tact for when you need it.
- Leases
are secured by the equipment on the lease, not a blanket lien on your
business or all the equipment you own. You can finance 100% of the
equipment cost, including shipping and installation.
- Very little out of pocket expense - no more than first and last month's payments - sometimes less!
- Does
not tie up cash or lines of credit that you may need for emergency
situations, or whatever you usually use it for! Allows you to use your
cash for items that add value to your business.
- Quicker
approvals and funding to the vendor than a Bank, and no financial
statements required now or at any time throughout the term of the lease
for purchases under $75K. This not only means less hassle for you, but
it also means there is no chance that the lease can be "called in" if
your financials start a negative trend, unlike what the bank can do on
a loan.
- Flexible/structured lease payments -
including no payments for 90 days or only $100 for the first few months
so you can start making money off the equipment before you start paying
on it! We can even set up lower payments during your slow season every
year.
- There is no prepayment penalty.
- Provides a tax write-off either through depreciation or as an operating expense (consult your CPA for advice).
