Modular / Rack Mount Compact GeneratorUltrasonic Equipment for IntegratorsThe Ultrasonic
generators have been designed to facilitate the integration of ultrasonic welding
equipment in special machines or production lines. The design is based on more
than 25 years of experience but also includes today's technology. With this generator,
all the conditions are such that a successful integration of the ultrasonic technology
in your ownequipment is very easy to achieve.
- Generator
is racked in a compact box. The box can contain up to four generators or one generator
with or without a commutation board.
- Generators are available in 30kHz (800 watts) and 40 kHz (700
watts) to handle a wide variety of ultrasonic welding applications.
- Offers a very fast reaction
time and wide frequency band range. Original tuning is made directly on the front
panel. Once the frequency of the generator is adjusted, there is virtually no
need to retune it during the life of the machine, even when using different tooling.
- Adjusted between 39.45 kHz and 40.05 kHz when using a 40 kHz
generator and 29.45 kHz and 30.05 kHz when using a 30 kHz generator.
- The LED is red when tooling frequency is low,
green when tooling frequency is high and blinks when generator frequency perfectly
matches tooling.
- This function is part of the generator circuitry for faster
response. It protects the generator against abuses or tooling breakdown. An external
LED indicates if the generator overloads.

- On/Off
signal to control ultrasonic emission and 0-10 volts signal representing the level
of ultrasonic power currently emitted.
- Round high voltage socket to connect converter.
- All signals to front panel are also available
on two HE10 connectors.

- to easily
interface one generator with up to four ultrasonic stacks.
- allows the PLC to control directly
the power emission of up to four ultrasonic stacks.

- Modular as
described above. (size W90, D350, H266)
