Hot gas welding

Spin welding

This plastic welding process is another form of frictional welding. Vibration welding

Laser welding

Two parts are pressed together, and a laser beam moves along the joining line. Once the plastic solidifies, it creates a permanent bond.

Hot plate welding

This process applies heat from a hot plate that is placed between the plastic surfaces to be bonded. The plate will soften the plastic and eventually, the surfaces are pressed and fused together to form a strong joint. Hot plates are made from aluminum alloys.
