PAS thermal tooling uses include heat staking, swaging, insertion, sealing, and date coding. Tooling is commonly mounted to the upper portion of a press where heat is received via probe or platen assemblies.
Coil wound or cartridge-based heaters with thermocouples supply maintained heat to your tooling. The heat is then transferred to precision machined tips mounted to a probe or platen to produce your desired operation.
